|Recommended: YesHappy we moved to Wetherburn — My wife and I love our apartment. It's a 3-bedroom with windows in every room so it fills with sunlight in the morning. Our last apartment had few windows, which were not double-paned, so it was always chilly when we sat in the dinning room to have breakfast. Here we enjoy our morning coffee in summer and winter.
We enjoy the layout which provides us with plenty of space and privacy when our daughter and granddaughter come to visit. There's plenty of room for our basset hound to roam around the apartment when we have guests. Plus there's plenty of parking for guests. The garages are tight but we find ourselves parking our cars in front of the apartment most of the time.
The service is outstanding - the office and maintenance staff are responsive, courteous, and competent. We had a problem with our dryer and heat pump the first year and the units were quickly diagnosed and repaired the same day. The management always follows up to ask if we are satisfied and if more is needed. This was not the case in our last apartment. Here the outside is always neat and clean. Plus there are sidewalks for us to walk our basset around the property.
Some may not like a heat pump, since it does not get as hot as gas. But we have found it less expensive than the combination of electric air conditioning and gas heat we had before. That was a surprise.
Finally the neighbors are delightful and keep their patios neat and clean. It's a charming neighborhood.

|Recommended: YesLove living here. — It is so convenient having stores, restaurants, dry cleaner, hair salon and spa within walking distance. Property is well-kept and it is a safe and quiet environment. Staff is friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
|Recommended: YesWe love where we live — We love it here. It's a beautiful community. Our apartment feels more like a little home rather than an apartment. We have great neighbors. We're very happy to be living here. We do hear our neighbors at certain times but not enough to be bothersome.
