|Recommended: YesWe love the property and the location. — It's great apartment living. Love the layout, it is so spacious, so much closet space and the placement of windows keeps it bright and cheery, the residents are friendly. Nick and Kathy are super. What a great place so glad we found it.

|Recommended: YesVery clean and well-maintained community — I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Courts of Wetherburn Commons. The management team was very responsive, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the neighborhood feel with my neighbors and the grounds were kept very clean and well manicured. The location is ideal to shopping, schools, restaurants and entertainment.

|Recommended: YesOur favorite complex we have ever lived in — This is our 5th apartment complex in 10 years and without a doubt this has been our favorite place we have lived From day 1 Kathy was fantastic and since then it has only gotten better. The landscapers take amazing care of the grounds, the maintenance man was quick to help when I locked our keys in the apartment The 2bed 2bath is the perfect size for our family of 3 plus our dog I would absolutely recommend The Courts at Wetherburn Commons to anybody looking

|Recommended: YesGreat area upstairs neighbors are very loud but they have kids — I love it here. I think the bathroom could use some upgrading. The tub is two pieces never looks clean between the pieces coming together and looks gross when taking a bath. Lots of problems with ants, but that's about it. Snow removal was great The exteriors could use some power-washing. The heat is unevenly distributed seems warmest in the bathroom .

Close to the town center which is very convenient and really great with 4 restaurants to choose from. — We are only part-time residents at this time, but do enjoy our apartment and the neighborhood. This is a very good location and convenient to major shopping, Litiz and central Lancaster.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, good location — Staff is professional and responsive good location. My only change would be to update the master bathroom.
|Recommended: YesMore insulation. — Overall is nice, better insulation and strict non smoking policy, or at least have smoke free buildings. Staff is excellent, they address concerns promptly.

Kathy and Nick are most helpful and courteous. The garage is convenient and roomy. We would heartily recommend.
