Pet Policy

One dog (subject to breed restrictions) or one or two cats are permitted per apartment. Before housing any pets, a "Tenant's Request to House a Pet" form must be filled out and submitted to the Leasing Office along with a refundable pet deposit of $300 and a one time non-refundable $150 fee and permission granted by the Corporate Office. There is a monthly pet fee of $25 (per cat) $35 (dog) in addition to the monthly apartment rent. Pet rules are listed on the Tenant's Request form. You must pick up after your pet immediately, and no pet is permitted outside the apartment without a leash at any time. The following breeds including mixed breeds are prohibited: Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Newfoundland, St. Bernard, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Caniros, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Beagles.
